Who we are

Round Racing is a UK amateur father-and-son motorcycle race team competing in the 2026 BMCRC–MRO season. This statement explains what happens to the information you give us when you register interest in our website launch.

What we collect

Only your email address, and the date you registered. Nothing else. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party advertising on this page.

Why we collect it

To email you once when the website goes live, and to send occasional Club 66 supporter updates if you’ve asked for them. We will not use your address for anything else.

Lawful basis

Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by submitting the registration form. You can withdraw it at any time — see Your rights below.

Where it’s stored

Your email is stored in our database hosted by Supabase in the UK/EU (London region). Emails are sent through Resend. Both are data processors acting on our instructions; we do not transfer your data outside the UK/EU beyond these named processors, and we do not sell or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until the website launches and for the duration of the 2026 season, unless you ask us to remove you sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw your consent at any time. There is no automated decision-making. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@roundracing.co.uk and we’ll action it promptly. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
